We use our own remote support app, with an encrypted connection and screen sharing. You start the session and give us the consultant ID, and we see exactly what you see, so we can solve it together. You can download it from the remote support page. Alternatively, come to our office, at 26 A. Pușkin St.
Yes. We assist you with the process of funding your account and withdrawing money — the steps, the available options, and the required checks. You confirm and carry out the operation yourself, from your own account.
No. We guide you and show you what to do, but the decisions and actions on the account are yours. We do not trade or manage the account on your behalf, and we do not offer personalized investment advice — that's a regulated service.
