The introduction and broker support are free — just bring your questions. Themed consultations are confirmed with advance payment, and rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice.

Online is the most chosen and most convenient format. You get the same quality as at the office, with no time lost commuting or hunting for parking downtown. No. The introduction to trading and investing is designed exactly for someone starting from zero, and for the basics of trading we have the course, where you have time to understand everything at your own pace. For review consultations, on the other hand, it helps to bring your own trade history — that's where we work with what you've already done.
Yes, because it's not just a video call. Through the Remote app we work directly on your computer — installations, settings, platforms — exactly as if we were right next to you. Many clients outside Chisinau choose the online format for exactly this reason.
Themed consultations are paid in advance, at booking, and for companies we issue an invoice. Since they're priced per session, you can book as many sessions as you need, at your own pace.
Rescheduling is free if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Under that notice period, or if you don't show up, the session is considered used. Full details are in the booking terms.
No. We teach you how to analyse and how to make decisions on your own — that's worth more than any tip. Individual recommendations like that can, by law, only be given by companies licensed for investment advice.
