Royal Consulting SRL was founded on 10 January 2012 as Moldova's first representative office of a broker regulated in the European Union. Trading.md is the firm's third project, launched on 18 January 2018.
We started in 2012 as the office of a single regulated broker. We traded ourselves, so we knew from practice what a trader looks for. That model had a clear limit though: one name, one offer, one set of conditions. The client had nothing to choose from.
In 2018 we launched Trading.md — the first portal in Moldova built around a list of partners, with a selection rule that has not changed since: regulated companies only. That is how the first banks providing exchange services reached the offer too.
We are not a broker. We are a financial-education and intermediation firm.
Every entry shows where the information comes from: a public external source, Trading.md's own archive, or the firm's documents.
Iuri Bularga, the firm's future founder, starts studying trading on the international exchanges in the autumn of 2009, and from January 2010 trades on a live account, with his own money. This is where the practical experience behind today's education side is counted from.
The firm registers with the State Registration Chamber under the name Întreprinderea cu Capital Străin „ADMIRAL MARKETS” SRL and opens the Chisinau office — Moldova's first representative office of a broker regulated in the European Union. The portal of the time: admiralmarkets.md.

We build a portal of our own, with a direction of our own. We add a second partner broker — the moment the idea that defines us today appears: not a single name, but several partners, all regulated, for the client to choose between.
The only portal in Moldova with a broad list of authorised international partners and banks. Real investing arrives at the same time, not just trading. We later trimmed the list deliberately to 11 active partners — only what fits the client in Moldova.
The Trading Conference 2019, organised together with our current partner Tickmill — the first regulated international broker to come to Moldova in person for the local community. In August, the second conference of the same year, with another broker as guest.
After repeated requests from the clients of the firm's first eight years, we build from scratch a social network dedicated to Moldova's traders and investors.
Three consecutive years on the Global Banking & Finance Review lists for education on the currency market, joined in 2022 by three more awards, from two different publications. The full list is below.
Following the CNPF's position on the crypto market being unregulated in the Republic of Moldova, we take the direction off the site. It stays off until the legal framework changes.
Years without public events, but with a constant presence on the annual lists of the international financial publications: Finance Derivative in both years, plus Brands Review Magazine and International Business Magazine in 2024.
The firm starts reinvesting its own profit on the international markets, through the same regulated partners it offers clients. We apply, with our own money, the methods we teach. The year brings new awards too, from four international financial publications.
A new visual identity, a portal rebuilt from scratch and new services: structured courses with a certificate, self-assessment tests, a material library and a personal cabinet.
Trading.md did not appear out of nothing. It is the third project of the same company, and each of the three solved a limit of the one before it.

Two of the titles above use the term Introducing Broker. In financial-markets language, an introducing broker is the firm that brings clients to a broker and gives them local support, without executing orders and without holding the client's money — exactly the intermediation role Trading.md has. The title confirms that role; it does not mean Trading.md is a broker.
The selection rule we do not depart from: a broker without regulation already obtained does not make the list, whatever the commercial terms on offer.
We take no funds under management, give no signals and promise no returns. The account stays the client's, at their broker, in their name.
Since 2012 we have had an office in Chisinau, and you can walk in. In a field where almost everything happens online, that remains a difference.
